Du kannst sagen, was ein Vorleseprogramm über ein Element erfährt, und weißt, wann ARIA hilft und wann es schadet.
Ein Vorleseprogramm sagt zu jedem Element drei Dinge: was es ist, wie es heißt, und in welchem Zustand es sich befindet. „Schaltfläche, Menü, zugeklappt."
Wenn eines davon fehlt, hört der Nutzer eine Lücke. „Schaltfläche" ohne Namen ist wie ein Knopf ohne Beschriftung.
