The first 7 days cost nothing and you see everything: every course, every exam, every episode. After that access continues at €9.99 per month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, including during the free week, and then nothing is charged.

Before you decide
What happens at the end of the free week?
Access continues as a paid subscription and the amount is charged to the payment method you stored. An email three days beforehand reminds you. Cancel before that and you pay nothing, keeping access until the last free day.
How do I cancel?
In your account, with one click, without a phone call and without a reason. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; everything stays open until then. There is also a cancellation form without sign-in, as section 312k BGB requires.
Do I need a payment method for the free week?
Yes. It is stored and not charged. The reason is not distrust but the handover: without a stored method the trial ends in a cancellation, and anyone who wants to continue would have to go through the whole thing again.
What does the yearly plan work out to?
€8.33 a month. It is charged once a year, and two monthly payments fall away. If you are unsure, take the monthly plan; switching to yearly later happens in your account and credits the part you already paid.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, for every charge, by email and available in your account at any time. No VAT is shown: the provider falls under the small business rule of section 19 UStG, so the amount stated is final.
What happens to my progress if I cancel?
It stays. Completed lessons, flashcard state, exam results and certificates remain stored, and the foundations course stays free to read. Whoever comes back picks up where they left off.
Is there a right of withdrawal?
Fourteen days, without giving a reason. It applies in addition to the free week, not instead of it. The full notice arrives with the contract confirmation by email and is permanently available under “Withdrawal”.
What €9.99 does not buy you
No personal mentoring, no live sessions, no job placement and no job guarantee. Providers who offer that charge a three-figure monthly fee, and for good reason: it costs staff.
No app in the stores yet. The iOS and Android apps are built and submitted to both stores, but not released — which is why they are not in the list above. Once they are there, they belong to the subscription at no extra cost. Everything you pay for today is fully usable in the browser.
What you do get is material that was written, recorded and reviewed properly once, and a plan you can pull yourself along. For many people that is exactly right. For some it is not, and then fourteen days of withdrawal rights are not a formality but an invitation to try it.
